Pietro G. Rusconi, Marco Toffolon, and Ivan Bongiovanni combine international experience, complementary skills, and a shared vision of excellence to offer an exclusive service in high-end real estate and bespoke hospitality.

Pietro, of Italian-American origins, has built a solid career in luxury real estate, hospitality, and marketing. Educated at Georgetown University and the Glion Institute of Higher Education, he has held managerial roles at some of Venice’s most iconic establishments — including the Bauer Hotel, the St. Regis Venice, the Hilton Molino Stucky, and the Cipriani. After successfully leading Venice Sotheby’s Realty and Venice Prestige, he became Managing Partner of Barnes International Realty in Venice as of April 2025, affirming his leadership in the luxury property market.

Marco began his journey in high-end hospitality in Switzerland before settling in Venice, where he developed an in-depth knowledge of personalized service while working as a concierge in a renowned boutique hotel. Together with Ivan, he founded a tailor-made concierge company, which quickly became a reference point for an elite international clientele, celebrities, and exceptional residences. Since 2025, he has also been Managing Partner of Barnes Venice, bringing a pragmatic, dynamic approach to the art of refined living.

Ivan, originally from the province of Turin, built his professional background through extensive travel and hands-on experience in luxury hospitality and customer service. After moving to Venice, he began working with Marco in managing a prestigious boutique hotel. Their synergy led to the creation of their bespoke concierge company, and their meeting with Pietro marked the beginning of a broader, integrated vision: to offer a full-service approach to luxury real estate, combining property sales and enhancement with lifestyle services tailored to the highest standards.
